(bread and brioche (kalács), oils, olives, cheeses,

charcuterie and wine).

All proceeds go to

Nádihegedű Hungarian Folklore Studio.

Learn how to grow a ‘mother’ starter, how to maintain it over years to come and how to make great tasting, healthy and crusty sourdough bread.

What are we going to do?

– While tasting we will speak about bread and sourdough.
– During the workshop, you will learn to knead, shape and understand dough so you can bake on your own.
– You will go home with one prepared bread dough that you will bake at home.
– Before ending our evening we will show you how to feed your sourdough starter and you will get one to bring it home with the recipe of course!
